Add a Product
Step 1
Choose Product Management from the navigation (circled below).
Step 2
You will be brought to the Product Management homepage. From here you can add a new product by choosing new product (circled below).
Step 3
After clicking New Product you are brought to a page to fill in your product information. Fill out each appropriate field:
Product Type
Selects the product type. Important: Make sure to choose the correct Product Type for all products. Shipping rules, price discounts, etc. are determined by this value so it is important to make sure this is correct for each product.
Categories
Selects the category you would like your product to show in. Click on the Change selection check box to see a list of all your website pages. Find the categories and select the pages with the checkboxes to the right of the page. You can select more than one page if you would like your product to show in more than one category.
Alias
The name of the product page in the url. There cannot be any spaces. Leave this blank for the system to create the alias from the product name. i.e.: dinner_wine.html
SKU
The product SKU or Stock number.
Name
The name of the product as you would like it to show on the website.
Teaser
Displays a short description of you product in product lists.
Description
Displays the full description of your product in the product's page.
Mata description
A short product description usually around 160 characters long.
Mata keywords
A list of keywords for the product separated by a comma.
Price
Price of you product.
Tax Class
If you need to collect tax on the product, choose the appropriate tax class from the drop down menu.
Exempt from shipping
Check this box if your product does not get shipped. An example would be a product that is available for download.
Images
Upload a full size image of your product. The store automatically makes a thumbnail sized version for your list pages and a medium sized version for your product page. When a shopper clicks the image on your product page the full size image will appear in a light box.
Publish Product
Toggle this option to make the product visible or invisible on your site. You can create a new product and make it a live at a later date.

Choose save and close at the bottom of the page.
