Finding a Product
Step 1
Choose Product Management from the navigation (circled below).
Step 2
You will be brought to the Product Management homepage. From here, there are many different ways to search, filter and find the products you are looking for.
Search
Use the search drop down to choose which field to use during search. The best way to search is with a "Product Name" search. From the drop down, choose Name and then type your product's name. Once typed in, click the
to start your search.Hint: If you're not finding your product, put in one word from the product name.
Category Filter
You can see all the products in a certain category by choosing the categories drop down (circled below) and selecting your desired category. Once your category is chosen, click the button to start filtering.
Product Type Filter
You can see all the products in of a certain product type by choosing the Product Type drop down (circled below) and selecting your desired Product Type. Once your Product Type is chosen, click the button to start filtering.Published vs. Un-published Products
Published Products
You can view all the published products (currently live on the site) by choosing the Publish product drop down (circled below) and selecting yes.
Un-Published Products
You can view all the un-published products (currently not live on the site) by choosing the Publish product drop down (circled below) and selecting no.
Once your publish setting is selected, click the
to start filtering.
